CLIENT MONDELEZ BISCUITS · 5 REGIONS · 40+ MARKETS
We entered a competitive process to defend Club Social, an important Mondelez biscuit brand across Latin America, with different cultures, behaviors and market realities in every country.
One answer imposed everywhere would buy consistency at the price of relevance. The challenge was an idea strong enough to belong to all of them.
We grounded the work in a consumer insight that could travel beyond one execution or one country, and turned it into a platform each market could make its own without losing the core.
Possibilândia: a local idea with global potential.
We retained the business, and the trust built through the process opened something much bigger: a global assignment across the Mondelez biscuit portfolio, including TUC and Club Social. I led the operation, built practically from the ground up, connecting global, regional and local teams across 5 regions and 40+ markets.
Vivendo a Possibilândia, the Club Social film
Born in Brazil as Club Social, the platform was adapted as TUC across Europe, each market in its own language, each film its own cut of the same idea.

Local → global — A LATAM relationship that expanded into global leadership.
When strategy, relationships and operations work as one system, an account can become something much bigger. A local opportunity can become a global business.
